- Adults Only Accommodation
- No Parties.
- No smoking in the house. It is illegal. Smoking areas are outside.
- No anti-social, illegal or dangerous behaviour. Please be mindful of our other guests’ right to peaceful enjoyment. Guests will be asked to leave with no refund if these rules are not respected.
- All guests to clean up after themselves in common areas
CHARGES
- Cleaning charges may apply.
- Light breakfasts are available for $10p/p per day.
- Discounts may apply for longer stays.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
- 10.00am check out time.
- 3.00pm check in time.
- Please advise if you need to make arrangements outside of these hours.
FURTHER INFORMATION
- Bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms are shared spaces.
- There is no lift in the building, with stairs to the first and second floors.
- On-site parking is available though space is limited, making early reservations essential.
